The Fire in Fiction

I'm on a Maass kick. I'm now reading The Fire in Fiction. The priciples reprise Writing a Breakout Novel and the Workbook -- this one also has "homework" at the end of each chapter -- but the examples he uses to illustrate the point are all new, so it's worth reading.

You can never read too many samples of something done right.

Hmmm...I've seen a lot of reviews of Maas lately...maybe I'll have to check him out!

I agree, good stuff is just good to read! That sounds like a really good book. But I'm with Davin and not sure who Maas is. :D

I agree. Good samples are always helpful. I just started reading "Writing the Breakout Novel" last night. I need to get my hands on the workbook.
